This skeleton semi trailer adopts automatic submerged arc welding combined with manual supplementary welding, firmly welding the main beam, cross beams, and front and rear beams. The main beam is made of high-quality 16Mn steel plate, welded into an I-beam shape using submerged arc welding.
The cross beams are stamped from high-quality steel plates supplied by well-known steel manufacturers. The front and rear beams are welded into a rectangular cross-section, and the central container locking device is equipped with an integrated long beam to enhance the stability and firmness of the container locking device under heavy loads.
As a semi-trailer factory, our skeletal semi-trailer features a practical structural design, high strength, and an attractive appearance. It is equipped with container fastening devices according to usage requirements and can accommodate two standard container sizes: 40 feet and 20 feet.
