The catalogue links dump-trailer hydraulic selection to the body configuration. Rear and side dump trailers have separate specifications, so the unloading task should be identified before the cylinder model is selected.
Choose the discharge direction
The rear-dump reference lists 2/3/4-axle arrangements. The side-dump reference lists 3/4 axles. Both family specifications list a 30–100-ton loading-capacity range, subject to the selected configuration.
Cylinder selection follows the body
The specifications identify HYVA cylinders and state that the model is chosen according to cargo-box length. A cylinder brand alone does not define the complete hydraulic configuration.
Provide the actual unloading task
Describe the material carried, required cargo body, loading method and unloading conditions. Confirm the body geometry and hydraulic system together in the quotation.
Keep the supplied arrangement documented
Ask for the proposed cylinder model, body dimensions, axle and suspension arrangement and applicable instructions. Do not treat the general capacity range as the approved rating for every dump trailer.
