Anti-Tire Abrasion Suspension: Specially designed anti-Tire abrasion suspension system, prevent tire offset after loading, maximally avoid tire abrasion. Meanwhile, Easy to disassemble and maintain.
Finite Element Analysis: FEA, aka Finite Element Analysis, the analysis used in calculation of Aircraft material strength, is used here on our vehicle to maximize product performance.
Landing Gear: Haoyue or JOST landing gear can be optioned made in aluminum or steel; designed to work under both high and low temperature in the range of -30℃ to 120 ℃.
National Welding Standard: All the welding is supervised with national highest standards, while automatic welding robots are incorporated. 30 minutes longer than normal welding time ensures the best results.
Rational Analysis Design: Adhering to the concept of uniform force on trailer frame, the 42 rib design ensures the safety and carrying capacity of our trailer.
Full Thickness Steel Plate: 10mm steel plate, can be as thick as 10.9mm, special custom-made with 0.98‰ titanium and niobium, which ensures the high strength of the beam and frame.
Tires: High quality tire brands such as Double Coin /Linglong/ Michelin/ Triangle/ Bridgestone can be optioned for the best performance.
